At Sana Raeen Studio, we aim to deliver your orders safely and promptly, with domestic orders processed within 24 to 48 hours and delivered across Pakistan in 3 to 5 working days via reliable courier services with Cash on Delivery (COD) available. For international orders, delivery takes approximately 7 to 12 working days, with customs duties and taxes paid by the customer where applicable. Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number is sent via SMS or email so you can trace your shipment in real time. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout, and note that unexpected delays may occasionally occur during national holidays, peak festive sales, or severe weather conditions.
