At Sana Raeen Studio, we want you to love your purchase, but if you need an exchange or return, we accept requests within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that customized or stitched outfits, sale items, and altered garments are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival. For defective or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with photo or video proof for a hassle-free replacement. Approved returns are generally processed as Store Credit, while cash/bank transfer refunds apply only when a replacement is unavailable, with customer-initiated exchange shipping fees borne by the buyer.
